US Vice President Mike Pence and his mother Nancy have reportedly co-signed the purchase of a motel in Fairvale, California, according to an anonymous source from within The White House. The source also indicates that Pence and his mother have nearly identical handwriting. Pence and his mother have also reportedly bought a large house on a hill overlooking the motel.
The vice president told Flake News that he has "been meaning to get in the motel business with mother for a long, long time."
Nancy Pence sat in a rocking chair facing away from Flake News reporters as she said, "My boy, Pence has done a fine job as vice president and will make an even better motel owner alongside myself."
Mother Pence told reporters that the rest of her son's family will stay in Washington, D.C. "It's good that mother and son get some quality time alone," said Ms. Pence. "No need for any naughty children or a pesky wife that will only lead him away from me."
"Michael, dearest," said Ms. Pence. "Please tell our guests to leave."
Nancy left the room as her son called out, "Yes, mother! I'm coming! I'll be right there!"
A couple of minutes later, the vice president entered the room and escorted Flake News reporters and photographers off the premises. His lips were bright red as if he were wearing lipstick. While driving away from the house, one reporter claimed to have seen a womanly figure staring from the second-floor window.
"Bye, bye, now," Pence had said before the Flake News van drove off. "Go now and allow mother and son to live in peace."
