Ronald McDonald Hired By Trump To Make School Lunches Healthier
A Restaurant Near You, United States -- In a not so shocking move, Ronald McDonald has been put in charge of American public school lunches, this according to reports. The move had been expected for some time now. President Donald Trump signed this executive order after exhausting all other options. McDonald has been a friend of the president for years and even served as Trump's personal chef during the early '90s.
There has been mounting criticism of the order. Obesity has rocked this nation and one of the key ingredients is fast food. Some even noted McDonald's personal friend Grimace and his lengthy battle with overeating.
“We do not have a obesity problem in this country. What we have is a lack of options. Now customers, I mean children, have more choices,” Trump said while ordering at the newly installed McDonald's in Washington, DC High School.
“Have you ever seen a sad kid with a Happy Meal. I mean it has 'happy' right there in the name. This will lead to happier, more productive students," the red and white clown said to the orange clown as they dined.
There was no immediate word on whether students would be entitled to a toy in their school-provided Happy Meals.
