Amazon Prime Yearly Price Remains The Same For Guy Who Uses His Brother-In-Law's Account
Seattle, WA -- As Amazon announced its Prime members are facing a soon-to-be implemented 20% increase in the yearly membership fee, Brock Crakatowsky seemed particularly undaunted, confident in knowing he leaches onto his brother-in-law’s account and never pays a dime for it.
“Okay, so you’re saying the price is going up to $119 a year? So. This doesn’t affect me at all bro,” Brock told us earlier today. “My sister gave me the password and everything for the account with her husband and he pays for everything. He’s cool with me having my address on there and using it.”
“Don’t get me wrong. I pay for every order I place. That’s all on me. I’m not paying for the membership fee though. That’s a deal-breaker. Ahhhhh, no thank you.”
Amazon is betting on customers remaining on the service at a higher price point with no similar viable alternatives elsewhere. Certainly Brock isn’t going elsewhere. “Love that two-day shipping. Can’t get this kind of customer service anywhere. I’m staying for sure. But again, I don’t pay for this, I mooch off my family’s account. Whatever.”
